Business Matchmaking Service for registered conference delegates
We understand your time is valuable and that it’s not always easy to network with all the attendees you’d like to at an event, so we are offering a matchmaking service to all our registered delegates.
Each delegate (whose registration has been confirmed with payment) will be sent the latest attendee list and asked to select five attendees who they would like to have one-on-one meetings with at Transport Week 2017. They will also be asked for some times that they will be available for these meetings, and a brief description of the purpose of their meeting to assist in securing the meeting.
Our matchmaking manager, Jordan Kuiler, will then contact the selected attendees and establish whether they would be willing to have a meeting with the inviting attendee. Once approved, our matchmaking manager will determine a suitable time and send both attendees a meeting confirmation.
Meetings will take place in the Matchmaking area on the Expo floor on Tuesday 17 and Wednesday 18 October 2017 and each meeting will last up to 20 minutes. We will endeavour to pre-arrange three to five meetings for each attendee (who wishes to make use of this service).
